Green Trails Entries - Mailboxes of Lisle Event
Mailbox Cars continues Lisle's previous public art selections of
birdhouses, Christmas trees and hot air balloons. The new public art
merges mailboxes with Lisle's railroad heritage and builds upon a
national fascination for folk art.
The mailbox cars will be auctioned off
during Lisle Smile Days in September with the proceeds going to The
Sharing Connections, a Lisle-based charity.
