JRM Properties, Inc. (“management”), with an office in Green Trails, has been managing the day-to-day business of GTIA since December, 1993.  We act as the Association’s receiving center for all telephone calls, requests, inquiries and mail and oversee contractors working on the trails, light poles, signs, grass and accent areas.  We generate the annual assessment billing and then collect and process payments; maintain the Association’s financial accounts and records.  Whenever a sale or refinance transaction takes place, management is required to generate an assessment letter for the title company.  The letter is prepared and transmitted to the requesting party.  Welcome packages are sent out to new residents and a coordinating article is printed in the newsletter listing the names and area locations for these newcomers.

Property Sale:  If you are selling your home, contact management as soon as you have a signed contract and at least 14 days prior your closing date with the following information:

• owner(s) name(s)

• owner phone number

• property address

• name, address & phone number of seller’s attorney

• buyer(s) name(s)

• closing date

NOTE: With less than 14 days prior notice, a fee of $25 will be charged.

Property Refinance:  If you are refinancing your property, contact management as soon as you have made application as the 14-day prior notice rule also pertains to this type transaction.  With less than 14 days prior notice, a fee of $25 will be charged.

Property Rental:  If an owner decides to rent out a GT property, it is imperative that the management office is notified of a forwarding address for the owner so that any correspondence and billing for the GT property is directed to the correct location.

Reporting Problems: Contact management to report a trail light outage or damage.  We will need the number off the pole to identify its exact location.  Street light outage should also be reported to management, otherwise directly to Village of Lisle Public Works Operation Department @ 630-271-4180.

Trail problems and or problems regarding any contractor working for the association should be reported to management.
