Caution: Ice and Snow on the Green Trails Paths/Common Areas

Jan 6, 2022

Winter has arrived with a vengeance!

That means ice and snow will naturally accumulate on the Green Trails paths/Common Areas. Green Trails Improvement Association does not remove snow from the paths, nor do we allow or condone plowing by others. Anyone who removes snow or ice from the paths does so at his or her own risk. The Board’s advice to residents is that the paths not be used when snow or ice is present. If residents do use the paths during the winter, extreme caution should be used. Please note that the use of any motor-driven vehicles on Green Trails Paths is always prohibited, regardless of the season.
