A reminder to all residents: Using motorized vehicles, other than Power Mobility Devices (PMD) such as wheelchairs, is strictly prohibited on the Green Trails Improvement Association (GTIA) paths or within the common areas. NO DUMPING IN COMMON AREAS
Be A Good Neighbor - Do Not Deposit Yard Waste On GTIA Common Areas The dumping of yard waste or other unwanted materials onto the Green Trails Common Areas (CA) is strictly prohibited. In view of recent increases in this type of activity, Green Trails Improvement Association (GTIA) will begin to report such incidents to the appropriate Village of Lisle authorities. Green Trails Improvement Association Annual Billing
The bills for the 2026 annual assessment should be delivered by December 1, 2025. The assessment amount will again be $180. Please watch for your assessment bill to arrive. Payment is due January 1, 2026. After February 1, 2026, all accounts that haven’t been paid will be assessed a $20 administrative fee to make the total amount due $200 rather than $180.
