No Planting in Common Area

With the advent of spring, many homeowners are becoming anxious to begin their landscaping projects. While such projects will certainly improve the appearance of the neighborhood, GTIA would encourage all residents to limit their plantings to within their own property boundaries. Planting within the common area is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the GTIA Board. In addition to plantings, no lawn decorations, potted plants, lighting, fire pits, or other objects are allowed to be placed within the common area at any time. Before beginning your landscaping projects, please check your property boundaries. As you begin cleaning up accumulated winter debris, please place materials into yard waste bags for collection by the Village of Lisle. Yard waste is not to be deposited within the common area. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our neighborhood beautiful.
