The Green Trails Improvement Association (GTIA) would like to remind residents that the operation of any type of motorized vehicle is prohibited on GTIA paths and common areas unless prior authorization has been granted by the Board.
This restriction includes contractor vehicles used for tree removal, landscaping, or other maintenance work. Contractors should access work areas only from public streets or driveways — not through the trails or open spaces.Â
Prohibited motorized vehicles include, but are not limited to, contractor vehicles, electric bicycles (e-bikes), electric scooters, electric skateboards, All-terrain vehicles (ATVs), off-highway motorcycles or dirt bikes, Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs or side-by-side vehicles), snowmobiles, and four-wheel-drive vehicles. This rule does not apply to motorized wheelchairs or mobility devices used by individuals with disabilities.
All Members of the Association are responsible for complying with the rules and regulations outlined in our governing documents. These documents, along with our Violations and Fine Policy, can be found on our website at www.greentrails.org.
Thank you for helping us protect the safety of trail users and preserve the condition of our shared spaces.
